Independently-owned and fully self-financed, our Group is one of the best-capitalised private banks in the world. “Rethink Everything” is our philosophy – our agile responses to changing economic and political conditions have delivered over 223 years of stability, through 40 financial crises.For our HR Learning & Development team, we are looking for a Learning & Development Specialist for a 6 months contract, for our Geneva office:Mission :Act as a support for the Learning Business Partners for the business units :Advise HR business stakeholders regarding the design and delivery of high impact trainings and e-learnings ;Support the annual L&D budget process, provide analytics and reporting on L&D spend ;Support with the collection of the units’ training needs.Support the administration of the Learning Management System :Create and manage learning events and sessions ;Remove/add trainings ;Liaise with IT helpdesk and Cornerstone Success Centre for troubleshooting ;Upload and update e-learnings, training materials and documents ;Generate customised reports.Support the implementation management and monitoring of mandatory/regulatory trainings :Develop and deliver e-learnings and regulatory training projects: liaise with Legal, Compliance and Risk subject matter experts / HR teams and providers, test and upload e-learning modules, create custom emails and assign trainings to learners, provide reports and analytics ;Troubleshooting, manage technical issues in liaison with Cornerstone success centre and IT helpdesk ;Support the analytics and reporting process to various stakeholders upon request.Manage language training process :Support the implementation of language training solutions ;Coordinate language training requests process in Learning Management System ;Advise business stakeholders and employees to select appropriate language learning format (online, classroom or individual) and organise training.Desired Profile :Bachelor’s degree, preferred area of study: Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics ;At least 3 years’ experience in a Learning & Development specialist role with a proven track record in the creation and delivery of trainings and e-learnings ;Experience of LMS administration esp. Cornerstone ;Fast learner, team-player, analytical and dependable ;Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ;Well-organized and proactive ;Ability to troubleshoot issues reported by learners ;Strong collaboration and HR business partnering skills ;Excellent presentation and communication skills ;Fluent French and English, German an asset ;Knowledge Workday a plus ;Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate to Switzerland.If you recognise yourself in this description, then please do apply.
